Matthew Mobilio is an experienced litigator who knows how to navigate the law inside and outside the courtroom. He handles every phase of litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and has received awards and commendations for his litigation skills. As each matter is unique, whether it be a slip and fall, construction, or car accident, Matt knows when to take an aggressive or agreeable approach. Likewise, he knows when to take a case to trial or handle it through mediation.

A former Commissioner of South Whitehall Township, Matt also spent almost four years as a South Whitehall Township Zoning Hearing Board member. A 2019 recipient of the Lehigh Valley Business’ 40 Under 40 Award, which honors the top 40 businesspeople in the Lehigh Valley under the age of 40, Matt is a former youth soccer coach and previously served as a board member of Habitat for Humanity. Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, he served as special discovery master in Lehigh County and was solicitor for the Lehigh County Controller’s Office.
