Victoria graduated summa cum laude from St. Joseph’s College, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice. While attending law school at St. John’s University School of Law, she served as Externals Director of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute and as a Senior Staff Member of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. Victoria, the daughter of a Venezuelan immigrant mother, is the first in her family to obtain a Juris Doctor.

Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Victoria worked as an Assistant District Attorney for The Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted felony matters, presented cases to the grand jury, and led long-term investigations.
