Shaila is an Associate Attorney in Rebar Kelly's New York office. She concentrates her practice on representing insurance carriers and their insureds in civil litigation matters. Shaila obtained her J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law. During law school, Shaila served as a law clerk for firms in Atlanta, GA, concentrating on corporate litigation, insurance defense, and commercial liability.

Shaila received her undergraduate degree from New York University, where she graduated with a triple major in Chemistry, Political Science, and Cinema Studies.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Patrick was employed as staff counsel for two of the largest insurance companies in the country and was partner in a firm that represented one of the nation’s largest hospitals. Patrick has a true appreciation of an insurance clientele’s needs and assessment. He brings focus and efficiency that only such a background provides.
