The Promise Walk for Preeclampsia™ supports the mission of the Preeclampsia Foundation as we provide patient support and education, raise public awareness, catalyze research and improve health care practices for millions of mothers and their babies every year who are impacted by preeclampsia and related hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.

The Cranford area NJ Promise Walk is proud to announce our 2015 MISSION FAMILY, the Powells!

Trashaun and JP Powell were blessed with a baby girl this past summer. However, in early 2013 their lives were changed forever when they lost their first baby to preeclampsia and HELLP. Trashaun had heard of preeclampsia but like many women she assumed “this will never happen to me.” The Powells are honored to be a part of the Cranford area Promise Walk and are hopeful that their efforts will have an impact on this devastating disease.
