Jenika Parson

Jenika is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Rebar Kelly, and an Administrative Assistant for the New Jersey and New York offices. She graduated from Smith College and received her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Leading with a collaborative mindset, Jenika focuses on acting as a catalyst for change to aid in the enhancement of organizations through embedding D&I into the core business as a strategic approach to maximize business performance. Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Jenika worked as an experienced Director of Operations with a demonstrated history of generating and integrating programs and initiatives in alignment with fundamental company goals and mission.
