Holly M. Ballas

Holly M. Ballas is an Associate Attorney with Rebar Kelly’s Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office. She concentrates her practice on representing insurance carriers and their insureds in civil litigation matters.

Holly began her career as a Public Defender in Berks County, Pennsylvania, where she worked as a trial attorney, representing clients in a variety of criminal matters, including felony jury trials. Prior to joining our office, Holly worked in civil litigation, representing insurers in various liability claims, as well as insurance coverage litigation and subrogation.
