Gabriel Martinez

Gabriel is an Associate Attorney at Rebar Kelly’s New York office. He concentrates his practice on representing insurance carriers and their insureds in civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining our firm, Gabriel worked as a law clerk at firms in Philadelphia, PA, and Orangeburg, NY, where he gained experience in personal injury, premises liability, general liability, and construction litigation.

For his undergraduate studies, Gabriel graduated from Syracuse University. He subsequently attended and graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, he held leadership roles in the Black Law Students Association and was Treasurer of the Temple Student Bar Association.
