Ed is a Senior Associate at Rebar Kelly. He concentrates his legal practice defending insureds and insurers in the areas of premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, long-term care, property matters, commercial vehicle, and products liability. Ed represents clients from case inception through trial.

Professional Experience

Ed is a career civil attorney. He has defended clients at arbitration, jury trial, and bench trial. Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Ed primarily focused his practice on defending high exposure health care malpractice cases through all phases of litigation. During his twenty years career, Ed has also defended cases involving commercial vehicles, premises liability, products liability, and long-term care, in addition to handling business litigation and appellate matters.
