Frank Baer

Frank Baer is a partner at Rebar Kelly. He is an accomplished litigation attorney with more than 30 years of experience handling complex personal injury, commercial construction, and property and casualty claims. He brings a deep understanding of both defense and plaintiff perspectives, having represented clients across multiple jurisdictions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Throughout his career, Frank has served as lead trial counsel in high-exposure cases involving commercial construction, premises liability, and automobile claims. He is also an experienced mediator and arbitrator, known for his balanced approach to dispute resolution and strong client advocacy.

Before joining Rebar Kelly, Frank was a partner at Perez Morris, LLC, and previously practiced with Gibley and McWilliams, P.C. He earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from Rider College. Frank is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
