Samir Mdawar is an Associate Attorney in the New York office of Rebar Kelly. He focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers and their insureds in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Samir brings a versatile legal background and an international perspective to his work, shaped by his experience across both Common Law and Civil Law systems. Before joining Rebar Kelly, Samir gained extensive litigation experience through his legal practice in both the United States and Lebanon, where he handled a variety of civil and commercial matters.  Samir’s international education and training enable him to approach each case with analytical precision, adaptability, and an understanding of diverse legal frameworks and client needs.
