Diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of our success as a northeast regional law firm, giving us different perspectives from which to address the issues faced by our clients. We endeavor daily to develop initiatives at Rebar Kelly to address our diversity, equity and inclusion goals of recruitment, staff retention, professional development, upward mobility, and education.

This philosophy empowers our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee to enrich the firm, and to continuously develop new initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the firm and in the communities we serve. One of our primary firm tenets is that our differences are strengths which should be cultivated and shared among us. It is our goal to have collaboration from as many perspectives as possible to produce an end product that better serves our clients, but which also improves the world around us.
