Wes is a Partner in the New York office of Rebar Kelly. He focuses his practice on civil litigation in the state and federal level and concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation. Wes has first chaired over 50 jury trials, conducted hundreds of depositions, attended countless court appearances, and handled numerous arbitrations and mediations.

Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Wes spent several years as a public defender handling high level felony and murder cases. He then transitioned into representing several well-known insurance carriers, as well as representing several municipalities, in complex negligence litigation. In addition to handling labor law, automotive liability, products liability and medical malpractice matters, Wes also has also drafted and argued appeals before the New York State First and Second Departments.
