Stephen is an associate in the New York office of Rebar Kelly. He focuses his practice on civil litigation at the state and federal level and concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation. Stephen advises insurers on matters involving general liability, professional liability, products liability, and employment related practices litigation. Stephen has experience in various aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, motion practice and settlement of claims.

Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Stephen’s practice focused on the defense of employers, municipalities, and school districts in a variety of civil rights, and employment related litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims in New York’s state and federal courts. Stephen also has appellate court experience having contributed to the handling and briefing of appeals before the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division Second Department and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
