Mark is a Senior Associate at Rebar Kelly. He concentrates his legal practice defending insureds and insurers in the areas of premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, property matters, construction liability, and products liability. His practice includes representation of clients from inception through trial.
Prior to joining Rebar Kelly, Mark practiced at well-respected litigation firms where he focused his practice in the areas insurance defense and personal injury litigation. With almost two decades of experience, Mark has zealously advocated for his clients’ rights in the areas of medical malpractice, long-term care, professional liability, general liability, and insurance coverage matters in a vast number of claims involving catastrophic injury or death. Mark also has experience with premises liability litigation, motor vehicle accident litigation and commercial litigation as well as licensing disputes, staff privilege issues, state investigations and related insurance concerns.

Mark has defended healthcare systems, hospitals, physicians, and associated healthcare providers in claims of medical malpractice in connection with allegations of failing to properly diagnose, improper surgical techniques, radiological interpretations, and dental malpractice. He has also represented attorneys, law firms, long-term care facilities and property owners.
Mark is member of a CYO Board, and he has coached his daughters’ athletics teams. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
