Marco concentrates his practice on defending liability matters. He assists his insurance industry clients in investigating all types of suspicious claims, including large-scale residential and commercial arsons, residential burglaries, commercial vandalism/burglaries, claims involving the mysterious disappearance of property, and claims involving income tax, bankruptcy and mortgage fraud, among others.
Before joining Rebar Kelly, Marco worked with a general practitioner gaining extensive trial experience handling a wide array of civil matters including personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, trademark litigation, and family matters. He also represented entrepreneurs and start-up companies in the greater Philadelphia area, served as an intern at the Drexel University Office of the General Counsel, and worked as a due diligence fellow at Robin Hood Ventures.
Marco is a summa cum laude graduate of Temple University. He received his law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he competed nationally as a member of the Transactional Law Team and was the President of the Business Law Organization.
